What items do you ship?
We ship video games, systems, strategy guides, collectable card games & accessories.
Well, how soon after my order is placed do you ship my purchase?
All orders ship out within 48 business hours, Monday – Friday between 9am – 4pm.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to all 48 states within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any other international destinations.
What shipping options do you have?
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

But only one of the games I ordered is in stock & I pre-ordered the other one. How long do I have to wait for my shipment?
If a pre-ordered item was included with your purchase, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock now, then when the pre-ordered item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Do the rates to ship vary?
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
My order hasn’t arrived yet! How do I track my order?
We will update your order with the tracking information and will be emailed to you upon shipment.

Can I recycling the packing materials?
It’s not mandatory by any means, but it’s worth trying to recycle any of our packing materials.
