ONLINE RETURN POLICY

• New merchandise can be returned within 15 days of the date printed on the packing slip if it’s unopened and in the factory sealed package.
  

• Defective merchandise will be replaced with another copy of the same exact item only for 90 days after original purchase.

• No refunds or exchanges will be given on any merchandise that has been misused.

• We do not guarantee that you’ll like the merchandise you buy. We guarantee the merchandise will work properly, or we’ll exchange it for another copy of the exact item.

• No refunds or exchanges will be given on strategy guides, books, or trading cards unless approved by a Video Games Etc website administrator.

• Rebates on sale items and mark downs will be honored up to 3 days after purchase. Some restrictions may apply.

• A $5 restocking fee will be charged for any unauthorized returns.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE ORIGINAL CASH REGISTER RECEIPT.

• No cash refunds will be given on defective new or pre-owned merchandise. The original box and packing materials may be required for the return.

• No refunds or exchanges will be given on any merchandise that has been misused.

• VIDEO GAMES ETC! does not guarantee that you’ll like the merchandise you buy. We guarantee the merchandise will work properly, or we’ll exchange it for another copy of the exact item.

• VIDEO GAMES ETC! does not guarantee that a pre-owned copy of a game will include the same downloadable content and online features as a new copy. Certain downloadable content and online features may require an additional purchase.
  
  
• No refunds or exchanges will be given on strategy guides, books, trading cards, gift certificates, credit slips, pre-owned DVD's or PC Games.
  
  
• Pre-orders & layaways must be claimed within 120 days or they’ll be considered abandoned. Deposits on abandoned merchandise are forfeited.

• Cancelled layaways have a $10 restocking fee.

• Special Orders must be paid in full when placing the order. There are no refunds on special orders.
